- To report an urgent case of an injured, distressed or under threat animal, please contact the SSPCA immediately on 0870 73 77722 (24 hours). (please do NOT use email as it is not checked 24 hours)
Please note that Lost & Found is a message service, i.e. leave a message on the voicemail with your name and telephone number, and someone will call you back. The voicemail is checked every day and calls are generally returned that evening.
Kindly bear in mind that we are all volunteers and most of us work full-time, and often overtime. If your call (to any of our numbers) isn't returned the same day, perhaps you will be a little patient with us. Whilst the wellbeing of your cat is very important to us, so is our sanity!

(just down from John Lewis and across the street)
Why not come in and look for a bargain? (there are plenty of them!)
Or to donate goods, please drop them off at the shop.
If you are unable to drop them off, please call the shop on (01224) 658565 to arrange collection.
Shop Hours:
- Mon: 10:00am till 12:30pm, CLOSED in the afternoon
- Tue: 10:00am till 3:30pm
- Wed: 10:00am till 3:30pm
- Thu: CLOSED in the morning, 1:00pm till 3:30pm
- Fri: CLOSED in the morning, 1:00pm till 3:30pm
- Sat: 10:00am till 3:30pm
- Sun: CLOSED
The reason we are sometimes closed during the week is due to a lack of volunteers. If you would like to help us out by volunteering for any of our CLOSED mornings or afternoons, please call in, or phone the shop on 658565. Thank you.
