Callie

Callie is an adult female mottled tortie.

We're not sure how old she is or whether she's been neutered.
If she comes into season, Cats Protection will pay for her to be neutered.


I remember getting my tortie from CP (this was before I became involved with the charity) - the lady at the shelter said "Gosh, you're brave taking on a Tortie". I thought "WHAT?!!! How can the colour of it's fur affect anything?" However, it's a bit like a human redhead - unpredictable, has mad moments, has days when you just want to hide! But ultimately completely loveable.

I've had mine for 6 years and she still loves to have the odd 10 mins chasing her tail in the bath, but ONLY in the bath - don't ask me why! She sometimes tries out the sink, but tends to bash her head on the taps, so the bath is the favourite option! Other than that, she is the friendliest and most lovable cat I've ever had, and I wouldn't give her up for the whole world.
